The site has no user accounts and does not collect any data by itself. When you write to us, by email or with the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. The form sends them to us by email from our host, OVH, without storing them on the site. This information is used only to answer your request.
Purpose and legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, when you write to us, and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive. Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Retention period
Your messages are kept while your request is handled, then for up to 1 year after our last exchange, before being deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@planetfinance.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, neither advertising nor analytics. It only stores your language choice (French or English) in your browser; this information never leaves your device.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by OVH (see the legal notice). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser then contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
